I will agree with the people that say Euro women are less racist then ther american counterpart. In the US we had institutionalised racism up until a very short time ago. Until the last 50 years racism was mandated by law here. Those thoughts and feelings get passed down to the next generation. In countries that did not have the racial problems that the US had, they don't have the pre-existing issues passed to them. Our main problem in those countries is mass media.
