1) PWL's racism back-fired on them badly, which is the case with any racist in 2011. Rather than attracting thinkers and smart contributors, their racism drove potential contributors/fans out by the many thousands. Contributors are the necessary life-blood of any message forum and there's no point of a message board when no one is contributing. And remember just a few weeks ago, they were given a national audience from Gawker and several other sites for awhile.

2) PWL is getting brilliantly set-up, by posters going in there to discredit and ultimately take down the board. I've seen several things in there, that was designed only to sabotage PWL, effectively so. The last one was the posting of Ashli Orion's 14-year old sister in there, a site that has porn videos, a devastating strike on PWL. Perhaps, not illegal per se, but with the FBI in there screen-capping everything, a 14 year-old placed on a porn site should never have been allowed to sit for hours, and will serve as an "excuse" for the Feds to directly target PWL.

3) Rumors that the site is mafia run? I thought so for a minute, because everybody presumes that at the end of the month, AVN hands a sack of money to someone. And that sack has been getting shorted, especially with this recent HIV shut-down. And mysteriously, AVN's $250.00 an hour attorneys are sitting this one out. But at this point, I doubt mafia involvement, way way too much public attention for the mafia. Besides, I dont think the mafia would invite the FBI to sit next to them while they were engaging in open extortion. But I do agree with the rumors that it "may" be a Christian Conservative out-fit behind it. The same types that account for 70% of the trolling of pornstars on twitter. The abusive language, the scorched earth policy of the industry, and the vicious hatred of all things porn can be all found within the Christian conservative elements. (But at this point, even though I've carefully studied PWL, I cant quite figure out who is actually at the controls of it, YET!) Nevertheless, we do know that Donny Long is knee deep in PWL because he has admitted such and so is that Joe Brandi, a skilled legal "investigator" who Mike South flat out busted yesterday:

People who fought against PWL stated, that if they came up on them or they found them they would be assaulted. That is not a threat, because it can not be carried out "immediately." Exp, if someone broke into your home beat you within an inch of your life and the perpetrator begins to flee out your house, you grab a gun and shoot and kill him. You the victim, go to jail for murder. Why? There was no more immediate harm to you in order to claim self-defense i.e., justifiable homicide. That is why, we are told early in our lives that in those cases, if you are a victim in your own home and you use deadly force, make sure you drag the body back in the house, in order to claim that you were still being assaulted. Because if the perp was fleeing, the victim/homeowner was no longer in reasonable apprehension of being physically harmed. That simple folks...
