Listen fatboytroy i know you're trying very hard right now to piss me the fuck off right now by reiterating the same shit over and over, but if you read what i been saying, all i said from the getgo is that this case is about child porn, not IR porn, and this is an IR porn forum so why bring it up.

Now i already know rex already said after the fact that it was allowed so that was the end of it, i didn't mention it again. But why you for some reason felt the need to throw your two cents in after "mod rex already said this is a general porn story which is allowed" is beyond me.

I'm not trying to irritate you. I agree with you most of the time, but certain general porn news is too important and should be posted here, and it has a IR angle too. Regardless if you personally didn't agree, it's a valid subject for this forum on every count.

It's really quite irrelevant whether or not this is IR. That isn't really the point with this story.
The issue is that a performer may be held accountable for an underage runaway who lied to everyone to become a porn actress.
This case could be used against the industry in any number of ways, including as a wedge by the gov't as testament to the sins of the industry or against individual performers. As such, it could impact adult porn production at its most basic level.
That's why I consider it to be of importance on a board that is primarily concerned with what the industry considers IR- namely black and white sexual interaction.
If the girl had just gotten arrested or something and wasn't underage, I probably would've squashed this thread.
We can start subclassifying every part of the industry, but IR as the industry defines it, based on how model cards work, is usually a black and white issue.
If someone can show me an actress' model card that has no IR listed and the girl never does anyone who is Latino or Asian then we can have the debate.
Do some boxcovers and titles make a distinction? Absolutely, but almost always when it comes to the women (i.e. Black Dicks in Asian Chicks or White Dicks in Latin Chicks kinds of titles). As long as the guy isn't black, male ethnicity almost always is not an issue for female performers.
So, if the guy is Latin and the girl is also mixed, I don't really think the porn industry cares enough to classify it as "IR."
And my read on the board is that most members are concerned with what would meet the porn definition of IR.
But this story could change the way porn does business, so given that significance, I've kept it open.
