Do they realize that by waiting to do first IR to up the price that they aren't making as much money as girls who do IR from the outset?
Think about it...lets say a chick waits 5 years and gets 5 times vanilla rate for her first IR. That's like doing 5 vanilla scenes and getting a lump sum check for them. That means chicks who have done a mere 5 IR scenes in 5 years at normal IR rate have made more money on IR than her. Chicks who average 3 IR per year are lightyears ahead of her in extra income. All she's doing is coming late to the party, then after her first IR her price goes down for it, so the only benefit to her strategy was to get away with touching a few less black men (in this example less than 4) and to get a big paycheck for once in her life to pay off some late credit card bills. The downside is that she's trying to get a new fanbase as an older pornstar plus IR fans are getting resentful of this crap anyway.

Co-sign! It makes no sense at all from a business stand point. Lisa Ann is voted more popular than any porn whore and she does a large percentage of IR. She gets more work and more DVD covers than any dodger, her income must be through the roof.

its a combination of the money and "longevity of the career" or pacing career.

they get a bunch of vanilla scenes when they first start/few years and are in constant demand..to many scenes and dont need to do I.R. because they r getting booked everyday or more than enough but once their career slows down they can do i.r. for a lot more money and leave black men for last in line . This is their logic anyway. I dont think I.R. fans are getting tired of it...seems to me the most popular girls in I.R. were dodgers for some years or did a ton of scenes before(from KLK, jenna presly, kristina rose, asa akira, nikki sex. ect....) at least there arent very many girls more in demand then they are out there. If jennifer white actually takes the plunge u know she will be more popular than most girls out there who has/will do it from the start.

I think what he means (and I am not speaking for him, just guessing) is that a girl can get booked for let's say fifteen jobs a month at the height of her popularity simply because there's only a certain number of all white movies being filmed, but were she to include IR productions she could potentially shoot for example, eighteen scenes a month and thus make more money overall by doing more work from the outset.
I've pretty much given up on the dodger thing; it has a lot more to do with the racist mentality in porn than anything else, and you're not gonna change the minds of a bunch of methhead bottom feeders....

Because IR pays more. She's denying herself extra money all along the way in the hopes of making extra money...

Hilary Scott has shown everybody how it should be done. 71 IR titles starting in year 1 (2004). That's 10 IR a year. These 'waitin' for payday' hoes ain't even sniffin' that kind of money or longevity.

One day these porn chicks will learn that leaving money on the table is illogical. One big payday won't make up for all the potential earnings you would've made if you had done IR from the start. If you have chosen porn as your profession, your goal should be to make the most money that you can for as long as you can.
