Not difficult at all, do most of it at night while you're sleeping by skipping breakfast and eating at like 10 AM or 12 PM until 6 PM or 8 PM. This is VERY beneficial and HEALTHY. We as humans did NOT evolve to eat 24/7. We were hunters and gatherers, so we would go long periods without eating. Our bodies have not adapted to live such an excess and sedentary lifestyle.

I've heard people my whole life say never skip breakfast. even though I sometimes do.

Very sound advice.  In fact don’t wank at all. Wanking has been scientifically linked to blindness.

Welp, that defeats my purpose for watching IR porn. Sad

I've heard people my whole life say never skip breakfast. even though I sometimes do.

There's a massive movement that's been gaining momentum fairly recently - OMAD (one meal a day).

I've played around with it for roughly a month and I have to say the results are impressive - increased energy, cognitive function, weight loss....however you have to be careful and play it smart. I burnt myself out going too hard and too early with it and increased my cortisol production. There's actually scientific evidence that caloric restriction can leads to life extension...any of you guys played around with this?

Peace!

Who has heard of/ experienced with the raw vegan or raw carnivore diet? This is also blowing up in the 'health' scene lately.

Drinking lots of water is key because that is what is going to be carrying a lot of the the toxins out of your body in your urine obviously and also your sweat so you gotta replace that water constantly.

If you have never tried Spirulina  I recommend it, basically blue gree algae/seaweed.  I go to my local health food store get a little baggie of it around $10 last about a month or two depending on how much I take, usually I go with about a teaspoon a day.  Mix that in with a 16 oz bottle of water, and chug(it tastes disgusting) but it is great for you helps remove all the heavy metals in the body very potent and full of nutrients.  There are also so many things you can do with water like my current fav water detox drink, is a cucumber+green apple+mint mix.  So good and refreshing on a hot day.

Well Said! I've done detox on and off for the last 2 years (periods of 1-2 months) and then back to normal. It's helped to say the least.

Didn't even know OMAD was a thing, but I've been doing it for a long time just naturally. At least a decade if not longer. It's basically just fasting with ultra small windows.

I have seen some stuff on raw carnivore diet, but personally I would stay away from a vegan only diet. You can do it and healthily, but I don't see the point. Just eat meat. Nothing wrong with it. At least eat eggs, though. Chickens lay eggs no matter what, you're not eating a baby chick. Raw vegetables with raw meat might be interesting, though.
