High school teacher exposed by students as a BBC slut (not a joke)

This is a country where we have those creepy ass "Purity Balls" where creepy ass dads make their teen daughters pledge to be virgins.

Creepy.

How weird is it that Trump, a man who has probably had more pussy than 99% of the population, is now using the federal government to push abstinence only programs.

^^Somehow, I had forgot all about the fuck-ton of states that either push for creationism as a mandatory part of the curriculum or basically deny evolution in schools. Many of which also don't do sex ed. and will probably outright push for abstinence instead... Hopefully she doesn't live anywhere like that or else she's super fucked. Not in the good way either.

Not the end of the world. All she needs to do is stay quiet for a few years and she'll be back in the classroom, pushing chalk in no time. Even less time if she changes states.

I exchanged a few words with her on Tumblr before it shot itself in the foot. Very sexy chick. Friendly too.

Also, since she was at this past AVNs, maybe she was considering becoming more active.  Unlikely, but who knows.

How do you know she was at the avns? This woman could be the next Janet Mason, it would be very saddening if she leaves. However the kind of comments people do on forums about her are so aggressive...I would understand if she hides.

That's legal in California.  They wouldn't have grounds to do so.

Fucking Black dudes on camera is also legal.

He made his point in an inartful way.
Medical marijuana is prescribed by a physician in California for what would qualify as a "disability".
To fire someone for a disability would get the employer in such deep shit legally that they'd have to be an idiot to admit it was the cause of termination.
Fucking Black dudes on camera is legal like medical marijuana (in some states).   Firing someone for something reasonably connected to their disability (medically prescribed marijuana) is going to be blatantly illegal.  Firing someone for fucking on camera, is completely legal.

"Morals Clauses" violate the First Amendment and therefore should also be illegal.

Lol.  Big Grin
Often times professions and employers seek to ensure that the conduct of their employees is above the mere standard of violating the law. Hence we see more and more moral clause type contracts coming out.

First amendment:
Quote:Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances

What law did congress make in regards to moral clauses of people?

The real solution is going to be making it easier to unionize, workers have no leverage, you can never really cross out terms the employer offers if you need the money. Only a collective bargain can bargain against an employer.

Also if you are teaching in one of those Christian charter schools or something, you shouldn't be shooting porn, it is contrary to the values of the church and most of these schools.

Where did you read that? I've read they are virtually unenforceable but not illegal which is not the same thing...
