Marvel TV & Cinematic Universe

I honestly would keep them separate, but if they insist on merging them, it should to be through Scarlet Witch tearing a hole in reality "House of M"-style, at which point she is officially O.P. and would need to be sacrificed to keep things somewhat manageable.

I think either the infinity stones or the quantum realm are going to be how the MCU brings the X-Men and the Fantastic Four into the fold.

My wild speculation is:

I think the process of resurrecting all of the people who got "snapped" will warp time and reality, which will rewrite the history of the MCU, and cause a kind of Mandella Effect where as far as most people in the world are concerned mutants have always been there. And a few powerful characters like Dr. Strange and Scarlet Witch are the only ones who realize that things have changed.

Not just X-Men but intergalactic Marvel characters and alien races are now with the MCU we could see them in future movies. While we are getting a Captain Marvel sequel but they could have the Shi'ar another aliens race and the Super Skull in the sequel, GOT3 could induct the Silver Surfer and maybe Galactus. With James Gunn back with GOTG3, he could fit these characters in Guardian 3. As for X-Men Marvel could release them in 2022, after Avenger End Game we know Spider-Man is coming out this year and next year both Black Widow and The Eternals are for 2020. Black Panther, Doctor Strange Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 could be for 2021, so X-Men Shang-Chi and FF4 could be for 2022.

Yeah, you're right I just highlighted mutants because their introduction into the MCU would need a lot more set up than intergalactic characters would need. The Shi'ar, Galactus and The Silver Surfer could be written in as if they were always in the picture but just not talked about.

Since Venom isn't technically in the MCU it could still be possible.  It sounds unlikely, but I never thought Marvel and DC would share a director for their high profile movies (James Gunn) so who knows what's possible.

I think it would depend on how long Disney & Marvel decided to wait before they delve into the X-Men universe. I dont think it would be anytime soon. If they were to wait a few years and Venom is only moderately successful then they could bring Hardy in as wolverine. Now I realize that this is not exactly the same as it is two different studios but Chris Evans did play Johnny Storm twice in the two very forgettable Fantastic Four films and then 4 years later was Captain America. Marvel has shown they are not afraid to cast someone if they feel they are the right person for the role.

He didn't come across as particularly athletic on The Walking Dead, I think they would be better off finding one of those Hong Kong action stars to fit the role.

He doesn't martial arts which the character does in the comic. If he gets the role he will be hitting the gym and a few martial arts lessons to get ready for this character. These actors and actress when playing these superhero roles have to look the part and it takes 3 months of physical training to get ready for these roles. Just like when Gal Gadot got the role of Wonder Woman everyone complains that she's too skinny for this role but she did hit the gym and look like the Amazon in the comic.

Make sure you get those bladders emptied before hitting the theater when you see Endgame.  The run time has been clocked in just a shade over 3 hours.
